- Early-bird rates apply only to ‘International delegates’.
- Student: Registration guidelines of ICPC 2026 define a “student” as someone in an underground course in medicine or health. Upload proof of student status(Student ID or Enrollment certificate) on the ICPC 2026 Sign-up page.
- One-day registration is not available for presenters or session speakers.

Registration Terms
- All bank tranfer fees and related transaction charges must be covered by the sender.
- The applicable registration fee is determined by the date the actual payment is completed.
- Registration is only available via the official conference website.
- Registration will be finalized only upon receipt of full payment and the issuance of a confirmation email.
- Domestic participants must pay in KRW, while international participants must pay in USD.
- Participants facing foreign currency transfer restrictions in their respective countries should contact the secretariat for assistance.

Cancellation Policy
- All cancelation requests must be submitted in writing via e-mail to info@kafm.kr.
- Please note that refunds are not available after the regular registration due date.
- All refunds will be made within 2 months after the end of ICPC 2026.
- Bank service charges and administrative fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
- For payment made via bank transfer, the initial transactions fees are non-refundable.
